  • Your order will be processed w/in 1-2 business days for both SHIPPING / STORE PICK UP.
  • We are happy to ship anywhere in the USA, including APOs across the globe.
  • Our S/H Fees are based on weight of items purchased and location shipping to via USPS & UPS.
  • We currently offer Free Shipping on orders over $75.

Returns

Website Return Policy

  • Full Prices Items purchased online may be returned for refund to original form of payment, In-Store Credit or eGift Card w/in 14 days of purchase. S/H charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for more details, question or for a copy of our full return policy.
  • Clearance/Sale Items are ALL FINAL SALES and may not be returned for any reason. Please contact us prior to ordering Clearance items if you have questions.

FOR LOCAL ORDERS: Bring your items into store for us to process your return/exchange per above.

FOR SHIPPED ORDERS: Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Walking Tots cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please do NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box, rather place in another box or original packaging to return. Refunds will be issued in either by eGift Card or the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of receipt of your return (excluding all shipping charges), and you will be notified via email.
